Easy to make pomegranate salmon recipe with carrots! Easy recipe with a candy taste!
Honey or brown sugar (1/four Cup)
Pomegranate Juice (1 Cup)
Pomegranate Molasses (three Tablespoons)
Whole Grain Mustard (1 Tablespoon)
Pomegranate (Fresh for Garnishing)
Salt and Pepper
In a small skillet, whisk in combination honey (or brown sugar), pomegranate juice, pomegranate molasses and entire grain mustard. Simmer on low for 15 mins.
Cut up the salmon in uniform measurement. Sprinkle salt and pepper on either side.
Spray the pan with olive oil or pam spray and upload the salmon
Brush the glaze over the salmon and put within the oven 350º for 20-30 mins.
Shave carrots and blank them.
Sprinkle salt and pepper at the carrots. Roast in oven 425º for 15-20 mins.
When each the salmon and carrots are cooked, garnish with contemporary pomegranate.
