Even regardless that Canadian Thanksgiving has come and long past, I love to have fun a 2d time in honour of my American buddies. That is, I will take any excuse to have vegan Thanksgiving dishes, like Classic Bread Stuffing (aka Dressing).

CLASSIC VEGAN HOLIDAY STUFFING
Makes 6 massive servings
Five-6 cups stale breaf (about one massive loaf)
1+ cups vegetable broth [235ml+] 1 small onion, chopped [about 120cc] three stalks of celery, chopped [about 175cc] 1 tablespoon olive oil or vegan butter
1-2 teaspoons poultry seasoning (herb mix of thyme, sage, marjoram, rosemary, black pepper and nutmeg) [5-10cc] 1/four teaspoon salt or to style [1cc] black pepper to style
Cut bread into 1″ cubes (2.5cm) and put aside.
Heat a the olive oil or vegan butter in a pot sufficiently big to carry lots of the cubed bread on medium to medium top warmth.
Add the onions, celery and garlic when the pot is scorching. Cook for 10-15 mins till the greens are fairly comfortable. Stir occassionally to forestall burning.
Carefully upload the broth, salt and herbs.
Allow the broth to return to a simmer, then flip off the warmth.
Add the cubes of bread, stirring in a pair cups at a time.
