Makes 6-Eight servings


For the Dough:

1 cup scorching water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
1 dice/teaspoon vegetable bouillon powder (or use double power vegetable broth as an alternative of the water)
2 tablespoons miso (ideally low-sodium, natural)
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning (herb combine containing sage, thyme, marjoram, rosemary, nutmeg and black pepper)
1 tablespoon vinegar (white, apple cider, rice, and so on)
1 tablespoon sugar (or sweetener of selection)

1 1/Four cup important wheat gluten (gluten flour)
1/Four cup chickpea flour (might exchange soy or different bean flour)

Glaze for basting:

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons white flour/cornstarch/tapioca flour [60cc] 1 tablespoon olive or vegan butter (similar to Earth Balance) [30cc] Three-Four sprigs of unpolluted thyme (about 1/Four teaspoon dried) [1cc] 1/Four teaspoon salt
further salt and pepper to style
