Easy Vegan Fall Recipes for Athletes | Pumpkin Spiced Oats | Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream | Pumpkin Muffins



Some of my non-public favourite go-to plant-based foods within the fall season as a plant-strong ninja athlete. Hope you guys revel in!

Pumpkin Spiced Oatmeal (2-Three servings)
-Four dates or Four tbsp agave
-1 1/2 cup plant-based milk to begin (use extra if wanted)
– 1 1/2 cup oats
-Three/Four cup pumpkin puree
-Five tsp pumpkin pie spice
-2 tsp maca (non-compulsory)
-2 tbsp protein powder (non-compulsory)

Pumpkin Pie Breakfast Muffins (Pre-heat oven to 350ºF)
-2 1/2 cups buckwheat flour (or any flour)
-1 cup applesauce
-2 ripe mashed bananas
-Three tsp baking powder
-1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
-1/Four cup pumpkin pie spice
-1/Four cup protein powder (non-compulsory)
-1 tbsp maca

Pumpkin Pie Protein Ice Cream
-1/2 cup plant-based milk to begin
-Three dates
-1 tsp flaxseed
-1 1/2 tbsp protein powder
-1 tsp maca
-1/Four cup pumpkin puree
-1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
-2 tsp pumpkin pie spices
